This policy describes how Answer in Jesus Ministries processes personal data of donors, volunteers, members, and visitors.

We collect data to provide requested information, process donations, communicate about programs, improve services, and meet legal obligations. Legal bases include consent, contract, legal obligation, and legitimate interests.

We do not sell or rent data. We share it only with service providers bound to confidentiality, or when required by law. We retain data only as long as needed, then delete or anonymize it.
